SESSION II: FOOTBALL
Topics: A better understanding of the game and terminology will be taught in addition to running routes, catching, throwing, kicking, and punting.

SESSION III: VOLLEYBALL
Topics: Rules of volleyball and skills of serving, passing, setting and spiking will be covered.
