The First Week of Advent - Hope




Heavenly Father, As we enter this season of Advent, we open our hearts to the light of Your hope. In this first week, renew in us a joyful anticipation of the coming of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Help us to trust in Your promises, to wait with patience, and to be filled with a hope that does not fade. May Your grace strengthen us to walk in faith, knowing that in Christ, all things are made new. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Announcements & Reminders

  • Morning Meetings: Attendance

    Beginning Monday, each classroom will host a Morning Meeting following Morning Prayer and Announcements. This is part of our campus-wide effort to expand and enhance our approach to Social Emotional Learning (SEL). I humbly ask that students make every effort to arrive on time so they can be part of their Morning Meeting and begin building stronger connections with their teachers and classmates. I genuinely appreciation working together, as partners in education, to have our students before the Morning Bell at 7:55 a.m.

  • Back to School Nights

    Our Back to School Nights will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 (Elementary/Intermediate) and Wednesday, August 21, 2024 (Middle School). All BTS Nights will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Parish Banquet Hall. We request at least one parent or guardian to attend these important meetings.

  • Altar Servers

    As we enter our new year, we would like to invite any Third Grade through Eighth Grade student, who has made their First Holy Communion, to serve as an Altar Server at our weekly School Masses. We invite any student, trained or not trained, to participate. Father Chris will be hosting training sessions during the school day for those students who may be interested. To sign-up, please complete our Altar Server Interest Form.

  • Project Wisdom Readers

    Students may begin signing up to read a Project Wisdom Morning Message during August. Students in Third Grade through Eighth Grade are eligible to read and must be comfortable with reading in public. As a courtesy, we ask that students only sign-up for one message unless they have permission from the School Office. Students, or their parents, may pick up their message from the School Office after signing up.

  • Glow n' Grow

    This week, I will begin my weekly Grow n' Glow sessions. These sessions are one-on-one sessions with the Principal to discuss school program ideas, school strengths, and solutions for areas needing growth or improvement. In Person Meetings will take place in the School Office on Thursdays from 8:15 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. No appointments are needed. In the event a school activity or calendar event prevents me from hosting, it will be communicated via Spike's News.
