Each year, schools across the United States of America celebrate National Read Across America Week! The week concludes with Dr. Seuss’ birthday celebrated on March 2nd. Blessed Sacrament Catholic School will once again participate in this national celebration on Monday, February 26th – March 2, 2018.
Dr. Seuss-ify yourself this week! All students are invited to participate in the daily Dr. Seuss theme days. Students attending field trips and special events, however, are asked to dress for that event.
Monday, February 26, 2018 – The Cat in the Hat: Students may come with crazy hair and/or their favorite hat!
Tuesday, February 27, 2018 – The Sleep Book: Students may come in appropriate pajamas and tennis shoes!
Wednesday, February 28, 2018 – Wacky Wednesday: Students may come in their clothes backwards, inside out or mismatched!
Thursday, March 1, 2018 – Theodore Thursday: Students may come dressed like their favorite Dr. Seuss Character!
Friday, March 2, 2018 – Oh the Places You’ll Go: Students may come dressed in a college shirt or t-shirt or dressed like their future profession!
