Blessed Sacrament Families,
Blessed Sacrament Catholic School is pleased to announce its continued partnership with the Kremer Foundation. Since 1985, The George and Mary Kremer Foundation has been committed to providing Catholic elementary schools in the continental United States with tuition assistance grants for children from financially challenged families.
To qualify, students must be in Kindergarten through Eighth Grade and meet the financial guidelines established by the Kremer Foundation. Specifically, a family’s adjusted gross income must not exceed $65,333 per year for a household of four or fewer, with an additional $11,266 allowed for each additional family member over four.
We ask that all applicants carefully review these requirements before applying.
In addition to the application, families must submit an acceptable form of income substantiation for each student. One of the following documents must be submitted with your application:
- Official document verifying the student’s eligibility for the Free/Reduced Lunch Program
- Official FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment Report for the student
- Official document verifying eligibility for Public Assistance/Food Stamps/SNAP
- A copy of the first two pages of the 2024 Federal Income Tax Return Form 1040, including a dependent statement listing the student. Please note: Social Security numbers should be blacked out, and other schedules are not required.
Additionally, please do not submit W-2 forms, as they are not considered acceptable income documentation.
Applications and documentation must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, May 5, 2025. To access the application, please visit our 2025/2026 Kremer Foundation Tuition Assistance Application.
If you have any questions, please contact the School Office at (210) 824-3381.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support.
