Parents and Guardians,

As our First Grading Period draws to a close, I invite you to begin scheduling your Parent-Teacher Conference to discuss your student’s successes during the First Grading Period.  This is also an opportunity to discuss any challenges or obstacles your student is encountering in their spiritual, academic, social, or emotional development.  As a friendly reminder, conferences are required for all students at the end of the First Grading Period.

Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, October 20, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, October 21, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Students will dismiss on both days at 12:30 p.m. with lunch and after school care being provided.

Conferences for Pre-Kindergarten 3, Pre-Kindergarten 4, Kindergarten, First Grade, Second Grade, and Third Grade will take place in your student’s classroom.  T

Fourth Grade through Eighth Grade Teachers will be in the Parish Banquet Hall.  Please sign-up with your student’s Homeroom Teacher to discuss general student progress.  If time permits, you may visit with other teachers to discuss joys and concerns.  Please remember that conferences needing additional time should be scheduled with your student’s teacher(s) outside the listed times.
