This year, Curriculum Immersion will be held on Wednesday, April 25th. Students will be learning about the country of India. We are centering our thematic unit on an ancient religious festival called Holi, also known as the “festival of colors.” Throughout the day, students will be exploring and learning about various topics such as the country’s flag, food, currency, religion, clothing, and schools.
On this day, we are asking that students come to school dressed in India’s traditional clothing. This website (www.shalusharma.com) will provide you with helpful information on Indian clothing.
