Report Card Conferences
Blessed Sacrament Catholic School will be hosting our First Grading Period Report Card Conferences Wednesday, October 20, 2021 through Friday , October 21, 2021. All parents or guardians must meet with their student’s teacher to discuss their spiritual, academic, and social formation during the first grading period. In keeping our our Plan for the Safe Reopening of Campus, all conferences will take place virtually using Zoom Meetings. The School Office will distribute meeting identification numbers and passwords on Monday, October 18, 2021.
To sign-up for a conference, click on your student’s grade level and you will be directed to the sign-up form for your grade level. You will receive a confirmation stating that you have “volunteered” for an event. Please disregard this message, it is a general form that we use at Blessed Sacrament. You will also receive an e-mail notification reminder three days and one day before your scheduled conference.
Students in Fourth Grade and Fifth Grade will have one conference with Mrs. Heinsheimer, Ms. Tyler, and Ms. Gonzalez. Middle School students will have one conference with all six content teachers. Parents may request a follow-up meeting with a individual teacher after your scheduled conference.
