Fall NWEA Testing for Guided Distance Learning Students
Third Grade through Eighth Grade
Sessions One and Two – Language and Science

Guided Distance Learning Families,

The Archdiocese of San Antonio is asking schools to make arrangements with families enrolled in Guided Distance Learning programs to take the NWEA.

We will be offering multiple testing sessions where students will come into the Parish Banquet Hall and take their assigned test.  Each student will have their own table to work and will use their own device.  This will ensure students maintain a healthy social distance and minimize the use of common computers.  Tables will be sanitized before students arrive and after they leave ensuring we remain in compliance with our school’s Plan for the Safe Reopening of Campus.

Our first two sessions will take place on Friday, September 4, 2020 for students in Third Grade through Eighth Grade.  Each session will have two tests – language and science.  Students will be excused from any classes and assignments during the testing session.

Parents are asked to drop off their students at the Parish Banquet Hall no later than 10 minutes before their scheduled session.  Students may wear comfortable clothing and bring a snack to eat between tests.  Students must bring a charged device for use.
