The 5th Graders continue to learn about the Seven Sacraments. They completed an interesting lesson on the Gifts and the Fruits of the Holy Spirit.
Texas History has become so important to the 4th Graders. They are planning to sponsor a Wax Museum in May and will portray a famous Texas Hero. There is an on-going friendly debate in class concerning The Mother of Texas : Jane Long or Margaret Wright ? After much research, they each have their own opinion.
In American History, the 5th Graders are so happy because the Patriots fought and defeated the British and won their American Independence. They will join the 3rd and 4th graders in the activities surrounding the Wax Museum Project and will portray a famous U.S. hero.
