After School Care

Blessed Sacrament Catholic School provides an After School Care (ASC) program for those families requiring child care following school dismissal. Students registered for ASC will be walked to the cafeteria by their homeroom teachers at 3:15 p.m.  At that time, the ASC Coordinator will check-in students, provide a small snack and instruct students to begin their homework.  At 4:15 p.m. the ASC Coordinator will take students to the computer lab, gymnasium, playground or remain in the cafeteria for arts and crafts.

On occasion, the ASC Coordinator will take students to the gymnasium if Blessed Sacrament is hosting a home volleyball or basketball game.  Advance notice will be given to parents so that students may bring money for concession stand purchases.

If you would like to enroll your child(ren) in After School Care for the 2017/2018 school year, please complete the ASC Registration Form at the bottom of this page.  Please indicate if your child(ren) will be coming on a “Full Time” or “Drop In” basis.

For the 2017/2018 school year, we will use a copy of the Emergency Information turned in to the School Office.

Registration Fee: $25.00 per Child (Annual Fee)

Full-Time Rates:

  • $170.00 per month for ONE child
  • $210.00 per month for TWO children
  • $250.00 per month for THREE children
  • Note: August and December payments will not be prorated.

Daily Drop In Rate: $25.00 per Day per Child

If your child attends more than 14 days per month, it would be more economical to enroll as a full time student.

ASC balances are available on the RenWeb Parent Portal.  Payments are due by the 15th of each month.  Payments received after the 16th will be subject to a $25.00 late charge.  All payments for ASC must be made using PayNow on the RenWeb Parent Portal.

If you have any questions or need more information regarding ASC registration or services, please contact the School Office at (210) 824-3381.

May the Blessed Mother, under the title of Our Lady of Guadalupe, continue to watch over your households.
