Student Enrollment Fees

New Student Enrollment		$75
Bulldog Pride Early Re-Enrollment through May 2, 2025		$65 (Auto Withdrawal)

A family’s financial account must be current to begin the re-enrollment process.  Enrollment fees are non-refundable and will be withdrawn from your FACTS 2025/2026 Payment Plan on Friday, May 2, 2025.

School Fees

General Student Education Fee (Per Student)		$375

Graduation Fee (Per Eighth Grader)		$90

A total of $675.00, which includes a $375 General Student Education Fee and a $300 Family Fee, will be withdrawn on Monday, July 7, 2025, via FACTS Tuition Management Company. For families with multiple students, any remaining fees will be withdrawn on Monday, July 21, 2025, through FACTS Tuition Management Company. Any requests to change the withdrawal dates for school fees must be submitted in writing and approved by the School Principal. Graduation Fees will be withdrawn from your FACTS 2025/2026 Payment Plan on Friday, September 12, 2025.

The Educational Cost represents the actual per-pupil expense to educate a student at Blessed Sacrament Catholic School. Parish subsidies, fundraising, grants, and donations help reduce the annual tuition, making a quality, faith-based education more affordable for families. The Angels and Saints Program, available for Pre-Kindergarten 3 and Pre-Kindergarten 4 students, is exclusively offered to families registered with Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.

Families with more than three students are asked to contact the School Principal to discuss a proposed tuition rate for the 2025/2026 school year.

Parishioner Classification 

New Families – To be considered for 2025/2026 Parishioner Tuition rates, a new family must be Catholic and a registered, contributing member of Blessed Sacrament Church beginning January 2025.  A total of $250.00 must be paid to the Church before June 2, 2025.  Tuition Rates for each family will be finalized on June 3, 2025 for the 2025/2026 school year. If contributions are not made, Non-Parishioner rates will be assigned.

Returning Families – To be considered for 2025/2026 Parishioner tuition rates, a returning family must be Catholic and a registered, contributing member of Blessed Sacrament Church.  A total of $425.00 must be paid to the Church before June 2, 2025.  Tuition Rates for each family will be finalized on June 3, 2025 for the 2025/2026 school year. If contributions are not made, Non-Parishioner rates will be assigned.

Tuition and Fee Refund Policy

Registration fees, general fees, family fees, and any paid tuition are non-refundable. An exception will be made if a family is required to relocate outside Bexar County due to employment or a military deployment or a student is asked to leave Blessed Sacrament Catholic School due to academic reasons.
