Announcements & Reminders

  • MO Ranch

    The Eighth Grade Class will be attending their MO Ranch Retreat this Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in Hunt, Texas. It is an opportunity to celebrate their accomplishments and define their role as leaders of our parish school. Fr. Chris, Mrs. Padilla, Mr. Castrejana, Mrs. Kokotaljo, and I will be joining them. Please keep us in your prayers as we "escape" from the craziness of our world and enjoy God's creation.

  • Blessing of the Animals

    The Blessing of the Animals will take place at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 5, 2023. Students may bring a picture of their pet, or a stuffed animal, or have their parents bring their pets for the prayer service. For the safety of our students, all animals must be on a leash or in a traveling crate or cage. Parents may check-out their students following the prayer service without penalty.

  • Glow and Grow

    Due to the Eighth Grade Retreat, the school's weekly Glow and Grow session with Mr. Fierro will not take place this week. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Health Testing

    On Thursday, students will have their annual health testing as required by the State of Texas. In addition to their height and weight, students will have their vision and hearing tested. An Acanthosis Nigerians Screening, pre-diabetes screening, will also be conducted. If your student wears contact lenses or eyeglasses, please have them wear it on Thursday to avoid any inconsistences in testing. Please contact Mrs. Garza, our School Nurse, if you have any questions.

  • Early Dismissal

    On Friday, Blessed Sacrament Catholic School will dismiss students at 12:30 p.m. Both lunch and after school care will be provided, but we kindly ask that you contact the School Office at (210) 824-3381 if you will be needing ASC so that we can plan accordingly. The Faculty and Staff will gather at 1:00 p.m. for a Professional Development Workshop.

  • Tacos with Tíos y Tías

    Our Tacos with Tíos y Tías is scheduled for Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. in the Parish Banquet Hall. To assist with planning, we ask that you please complete this Tacos with Tíos y Tías Reservation Form. Unfortunately, only those families who complete the registration form will be allowed to participate as we have to purchase an accurate number of tacos and drinks. We will close the reservation link on Friday, October 6, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.

  • #CSW Parent Volleyball Tournament

    As we look ahead to our 2024 Catholic Schools Week Celebration (January 28, 2024 - February 3, 2024), we are looking at returning to our Parent Volleyball Tournament on Sunday, January 28, 2024. Blessed Sacrament parents, guardians, and older siblings (>18) would create teams and play for bragging rights! As we want to provide enough time to plan and coordinate, we are currently seeking interest. If you are interested in being a Team Captain or an individual looking to join a team, please complete our #CSW Parent Volleyball Tournament Interest Form.
