On Friday, May 1, 2020, the United States Catholic Bishops will reconsecrate the United States to the Blessed Mother. The United States Catholic Conference of Bishops (USCCB) explains: Through a collective dedication or entrustment of a nation to Mary, an act of consecration is meant to be a reminder to the faithful of the Blessed Mother’s witness to the Gospel and to ask for her effective intercession before her Son on behalf of those in need.”
Due to the current COVID-19 decrees dictating that schools remain closed, the students of Blessed Sacrament Catholic School will take part in this reconsecration virtually. Thank you to the parents, guardians and grandparents who submitted photographs.
