Blessed Sacrament Catholic School provides an After School Care (ASC) program for those families requiring child care following school dismissal. Students registered for ASC will be walked to the cafeteria by their homeroom teachers at 3:35 p.m. At that time, the ASC Coordinator will check in students, provide a small snack, and instruct students to begin their homework. The ASC Coordinator will take students to the playground or remain in the cafeteria for arts and crafts.
On occasion, the ASC Coordinator will take students to the gymnasium if Blessed Sacrament is hosting a home volleyball or basketball game. Advance notice will be given to parents so that students may bring money for concession stand purchases.
If you would like to enroll your child(ren) in After School Care for the 2025/2026 school year, please complete the ASC Registration Form at the bottom of this page. Please indicate if your child(ren) will be coming on a “Full Time” or “Drop In” basis.
For the 2025/2026 school year, we will use a copy of the Student Health Information Form turned into the School Office.
