One Body, One Church

This year, Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church would like to begin a new initiative  – One Body, One Church.  The objective of this initiative is to put our faith into action as we approach the Season of Thanksgiving.  Beginning on this second anniversary of Fr. Jack’s birth into eternal life, we invite our parishioners to help us combat loneliness with acts of kindness and love.

The parish and school staff will be working with families who are willing to invite a parishioner into their homes on Thanksgiving Day or deliver a cooked meal to a home-bound parishioner.    We are also working to ensure any member of our parish who needs an adoptive family or a hot meal on Thanksgiving has that opportunity. We are simply putting our faith into action by loving our neighbor!

If you would like to host a parishioner or deliver a hot meal, please complete the form below! If you are in need of an adoptive family or a hot meal delivered, please call our School Office at (210) 824-3381.

We thank you in advance for your prayers in making this initiative a success!

In Christ’s peace and service,

Michael Fierro
